At HelicopterYatra.online, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our passengers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions listed below.

1. General Cancellation Terms

a) All cancellations must be made online through our official website. b) Requests for cancellations via phone or email will not be considered unless confirmed in writing. c) Only the person in whose name the booking was made can initiate a cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Passenger

a) Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of transaction and service charges. b) Cancellations made after 48 hours will attract higher cancellation fees as per operator guidelines. c) No refund will be issued for no-show or late reporting at the helipad.

3. Cancellation by Company / Operator

a) In case of cancellation due to bad weather, technical issues, government restrictions, or operational reasons, your booking will either be rescheduled or refunded as per availability. b) Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges. c) Our liability is limited only to the refund of the ticket amount; we are not responsible for any additional costs such as accommodation or travel expenses.

4. Refund Policy

a) All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking. b) Refunds are subject to processing timelines of the payment gateway and may take 7–15 working days to reflect in your account. c) Service charges, convenience fees, and GST (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling of Bookings

a) Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled flight. b) Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and operator approval. c) Fare differences and additional charges, if any, must be paid by the passenger.

6. Special Conditions

a) Bookings once confirmed cannot be transferred to another passenger. b) In case of natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events, refund and rescheduling will be as per operator policy. c) Infants below 2 years are not charged separately and thus are not eligible for refund claims.

7. How to Request a Cancellation/Refund

a) Log in to your account on our website and go to the “My Bookings” section. b) Select the booking you wish to cancel and click on “Request Cancellation”. c) Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and refund (if applicable) will be initiated.
