Welcome to HelicopterYatra.online. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services related to helicopter booking for Vaishno Devi and other pilgrimage destinations. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may discontinue using our services.

1. General Terms

a) Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. b) All passengers must provide accurate and valid information while making reservations. c) Bookings are personal and non-transferable. d) The company reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

2. Eligibility

a) Passengers must be medically fit to travel by helicopter. b) Infants below 2 years may travel free of cost but without a separate seat. c) Senior citizens and differently abled passengers are requested to carry valid medical certificates if required by the operator.

3. Booking & Payment

a) All bookings must be made online through our official website. b) Payments are accepted only via secure third-party payment gateways. c) Fares once paid are subject to the operator’s cancellation policy and are non-transferable. d) Service charges and transaction fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Passenger Documents

a) Passengers must carry valid government-issued ID proof at the time of travel. b) The name on the ticket must match the name on the ID card. c) In case of mismatch, boarding may be denied without refund. d) Foreign nationals must carry their passport and valid visa.

5. Check-in & Reporting

a) Passengers must report at the helipad at least 1 hour before the scheduled flight. b) Late reporting may result in cancellation without refund. c) Security checks and baggage screening are mandatory.

6. Baggage Policy

a) Only small handbags or baggage up to 5 kg per passenger is allowed. b) Heavy luggage and restricted items such as flammable substances, sharp objects, alcohol, and explosives are strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a partial refund after deductions. b) No refund will be processed for no-show or late reporting. c) Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment and may take 7–15 working days. d) In case of cancellations due to weather, technical issues, or government restrictions, rescheduling will be offered subject to availability.

8. Rescheduling

a) Rescheduling requests are subject to seat availability and operator discretion. b) Additional charges may apply depending on fare differences.

9. Safety Compliance

a) All passengers must follow instructions given by the pilot and ground staff. b) Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of prohibited substances are strictly banned. c) Passengers found violating safety rules may be offloaded without refund.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, technical faults, operational limitations, strikes, or government orders. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule, but refunds will be as per operator policy.

11. Liability

a) Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket. b) We are not responsible for loss of baggage, personal injury, delays, or expenses incurred beyond our control. c) Passengers are advised to purchase travel insurance for added protection.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in India only.

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
